With Rinell
Slow down. Reconnect. Reset.
Intentional movement and guided awareness to restore balance and prepare you for the week ahead.
Somatic yoga is a gentle, nervous system-focused practice based on slow, intentional movement and guided awareness. It helps release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your body.
Classes use slow, intentional movement and clear alignment to support strength, nervous system regulation, and stability.
This is not about performance, but about listening inward and allowing strength and regulation to emerge naturally.
